What is Time-Logic?

Time-Logic is a revolutionary new software suite of forensic delay analysis tools. It works along-side Primavera to perform advanced calculations on XER files, and can accurately calculate impacts for every day of a project.

The software has powerful AI, detailed graphics and intuitive animations, and can export a Primavera XER file for any day or days of an analysis, to verify and support the integrity of the calculations.

If you are a developer, owner, government agency, claims consultant or contractor, the Time-Logic software suite will give you an edge with precision analysis and fast results that flush-out details not visible using the monthly updates alone.

Software Suite Applications

Time-Logic™
XerCom
IsoCalculator
IsoReporter

Time-Logic™

Software Suite

The Main Application for the Time-Logic Software Suite, which allows the user to view and edit a project, compare data with the XerCom application, and send and recieve data to IsoCalculator and IsoReporter.

The daily calculations are plotted out on a single interactive graphic and accompanying spreadsheet, which identifies all the causes of delays and accelerations through time. A slide bar at the top of the graph allows the user to move to any day or time period selected, with the critical path, cumulative delays, accelerations, controlling activities, EOT and compensation displayed on-the-fly. There is also a timeline which can insert events into the graphic, so that events can be seen in perspective of occurring delays and accelerations. Documents can be attached to any event in the timeline and viewed by clicking on the event.

XerCom

XER file comparison

XerCom is a secondary tool in the Time-Logic suite, which quickly compares XER schedules and allows the user to choose and save changes into a new Primavera schedule.

There is also another application in the Time-Logic suite, XerCom. This software uses the block chain to quickly compares schedules, then lists the differences, which are grouped in a digestible manner. Changes that are acceptable to the user can be incorporated and questionable ones rejected, creating a new hybrid Primavera schedule based only on the changes that are acceptable to both parties.

IsoCalculator

Server-based Calculation Services

The IsoCalculator is a powerful, server-based application which calculates the impact of delays for a project in a matter of minutes. The Time-Logic main app notifies users once the calculations are completed. Transfer of project information is done with HTTPS protocol, ensuring all data sent to the server encrypted and secure.

The calculations of delay are executed, orders of magnitude faster than using Primavera alone. This is because the calculating engine of the software, takes advantage of the latest parallel programming technology, which simultaneously utilizes all of the processing power available in all of the inactive cores of a computer. The speed of calculation is also enhanced through the use of a multidimensional arrays, which are loaded into the computer’s memory prior to calculating. This eliminates down time during data searching. The combination of these features, means that calculations that use to take months, are now accurately and dependably accomplished in minutes.

IsoReporter

A.I. Generated Reporting

The IsoReporter application is not packaged with the other applications in the Time-Logic suite, but resides on the Assembler server. A function in the software can connect to the server and send and retrieve projects files, in the same manner that you might choose to send a project to the Assembler server for calculations. By selecting the Report option, a dialog box appears wherein the user can fill the basic information of the project to be included in the report. Once the required project information is filled out, and the content of the report selected, it is sent to the Assembler server, which automatically recognizes the request and begins producing the report.

The software uses AI to construct the report from the information stored in the projects database. There is no practical limit to the number of delay events or time period covered by the analysis. It then creates a word document and begins inserting the findings of the analysis into the document. It creates headers and paragraphs based on the results of the calculations. Where needed to support the findings, it creates, sizes, rotates and inserts graphs and tables of the results. After compiling the sections, it creates a table of contents, then saves the report and stores it within the project database sent. After the report is complete, the project database can be retrieved in the same manner as it was sent. The report itself is encrypted and embedded in the project database, which can be retrieved as a word file from the Documents section of the main program.
